Yes. Lifeward offers secure telehealth (online video) sessions for clients across Western Australia. Telehealth is available for individuals, couples and families. Medicare rebates may apply with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Your first session is an assessment — your therapist will take time to understand your concerns, background and goals. There is no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions. Learn more about what to expect at your first appointment.
No referral is required. You can self-refer by calling 08 9500 2609 or booking online. To access Medicare rebates under the Better Access scheme, you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP before your first appointment.
